Flocks of these tiny, pale dragons dance like confetti above the Dark Woods. Easily identified by their blue sickle-shaped wings and bifurcated tails, they roost only in the highest treetops, and never, ever venture into the forest below.

This week's theme is the folklore of the world's scariest I’m not sure Cthulhu counts as a monster (though H.P. Lovecraft might) but it was doubtless inspired by ancient myths of Krakens. Anyway, here are some of my interpretations of the Great Dreamer
