Imra nearly always wearing bandages was a nod to Dazai from Bunguo Stray Dogs.

And the extra eyes and mouths and stitches on his arms were honestly from my brainhole but the Jujutsu Kaisen anime had just come out so I leaned into it so now it’s a mix of Mahito and Sukuna.
