I think people mistake eclair as being a creme republican since they also have a muted style
but it'd make a lot more sense that Eclair's style is partly parfaedian, seeing as he's a professor there
also the parfaedian professors seem to wear more earthy colors anyways

I've been doing some thinking and I figured that Eclair's fashion taste blends hollyberrian and parfaedian.
he wears a hat that's considered a cream pastry (these and witch hats r big in parfaedian), & parfaedian fashion is more sleek, hence why Eclair's skirt isn't frilly--
