My Idea for Harvey was The Two Sides of Him Harvey and Dent Vie for Control so he must Flip the Coin to decide who to Listen too. He can be Heroic and Villainous and I wanted the Colours to reflect that ! Like When Harvey’s in Control he wears the Mask. The Golden Boy of Gotham.
