I dont even play blue archive (anymore), yet I find myself always drawing the Cleaning & Clearing girls. I do wanna do a Neru piece one of these days.

I dunno if I got better, but i definitely got faster; the 5 years pic took a whole week and the current piece took me 3 hours.
