happy wuth these pieces. this year has been huge for learning and developing. slowly hating my art less.

4 hour study of @BardoPlus 's Vivi.

Wanted to do a bright beach day study so had to work with a lot of different light sources (bright white light from sun, bounced light from sand, ambient sky light)
It was really fun. Also wanted to play with a different expression too.

i like how these are 2 ends of the spectrum; dark,enclosed space with dim lighting vs outdoors radiant sublight.

Figured if i drew one of them, might as well draw the other. Workflow R&D going well; refining the workflow more and more.

3.5 hour study of @hameame_cos 's celestine.
Making a lot of progress these past few days, gotta keep studying and experimenting while also being a bit more lax/free with my colors n brushes.

2.5 hour study of @cashumeru 's OC, Bird.

this study was a bit different in the sense that I watched some Marco Bucci videos on youtube about color.

Went with a neutral -> saturated approach and i think it turned out well.

Also big booba version because why not.
