She's actually the first OC someone has ever gifted to me. So I decided to revamp her design quite a bit, as I've been doing with all the gifted OCs. I have this subconscious fear those who gave OCs to me'll claim'em back so I alter them enough they differ from the original...

I'm pretty sure my friend who designed her for me did it in a way I felt so enticed by her design I'd never want to stop drawing her. And it worked flawlessly. I just wish I felt better to do so more. I loved the mixture of birb + mythological idea + lovely granny.

I'm doing some ref sheets for the characters I've been gifted in the past. I am so very thankful for them. I also feel a little burnout and sincerely a little disappointed about my output, so I don't feel creative at all.

If someone was so nice to draw her fan-art, please consider that I drew the front face out of responsibility with the ref sheet, but she is never drawn facing front, she's always facing her side, even when walking front, just like egyptian depictions of people and deities.
