I would have gladly paid any other price to learn this... I couldn't stop, and I only just now learned how.. I hate this so much..

Why did it have to come at the cost of causing them pain. Of ripping us apart.. This trap my bio family laid for us.. God damn it.

Learning these has been important, and its helped me over the last few weeks. Recognizing what was and wasn't real, and grounding myself through the floods. The price is still far heavier than I would ever like.

This is something I learned more recently. The letters I sent were manipulative, and abusive but not in ways I knew about or expected. It didn't register cause I only saw one or two before they got deleted by my alter. (2/???)
