Day 897: Orca! Tonight's result was simple again. The hard weather made for a long day at work, so the entire day was just weird in general. This was done quickly, but honestly wasn't the worst I've done. Especially when you just look at the overall picture. Another night done!

Day 896: Eel! Tonight's result was an interesting experience. I originally was just going to try to capture it with lines, but it was too simple for me to feel comfortable with it, so I ended up adding color instead. It was a fun study from a beautiful photo reference! :D

Day 894: Swordfish! Tonight's result didn't work. I think I gave myself enough time to try and work on it, but the picture wasn't working out unfortunately. I was doing better with trying to understand the form, I also think some of the lines were on the right track this time!

Day 893: Sting Ray! Tonight's result was rushed again. I had a super long weird day, and once again I didn't properly work on this. I need to do better unfortunately. Still, I have hopes that this weekend I can finally get some good work done again and not get so distracted!

Day 888: Seahorse! I had a long, weird day. Still, this result was kinda decent! The sketch was what I was looking for and was decent. I still need to stop relying on quick color block-ins and get back to sketching to add more definition. I know I can do it, I just need practice!

Day 886: Betta Fish! Tonight's result was kinda rushed again. I helped a friend with a translation project all night which took away a lot of my free time, but I was happy to do it! So this didn't get much time devoted to it. Still, a busy day is a busy day! One more day done! :D

Day 885: Shrimp! Tonight's result was pretty simple. I didn't stress to much about it, and tried to use it as a a chance to loosely explore recreating a creature without painstaking going over every detail. The color was done quickly because the lines didn't look nice tonight.

Day 884: Gold Fish! Tonight's result was decent! The new month will be all about sea creatures. Just taking a break from difficult themes this month. Going to just stick with animals while I practice drawing figures again. This was rushed, but I'm kinda happy with it!

Day 883: Water Spout! Tonight's result was pretty quick, but decent. I need to start sleeping earlier for work, these might be rushed for a while. Still, it's a new month after tonight and I'm excited to see where I go with it! Here's hoping for a better month moving forward! :D
