@Walki_Donkey Collar makes it a little difficult to get a proper fat-neck look, hehe, but here's a couple.

One of them looks more cheeks than neck, but still.

@MapleMash Best part (for me) of decently flabby arms? The hands that go with them, hehe. Big squishy digits to lace your own fingers with as your other hand rubs and squeezes the arm they're attached to. ~.~
