⭐️ Remember to ask questions to sellers (if they’re legit, they’ll answer) & ask your fellow ENGENES for second opinions on whether proofs are legit or not

Please also watermark all screenshots of tickets before posting on SNS so scammers won’t be able to use them 👍

❌ Do NOT pay through f&f unless if it is someone who you know well and trust. Instead pay by g&s (goods & services)

By paying g&s you can dispute the charge if you wind up getting scammed. If a seller says that they can't accept g&s, I would be super wary & move on

• Ask for a screen recording from your convo to their TM app showing the ticket on their TM account (you can also ask them to take video of their computer screen w/ a post it note with your name on it)
• Document your conversation
• Ask for second opinions for proofs

• Check out the seller's profile (& don't be afraid to quiz them about their knowledge about Enhypen; this usually filters out scammers)

• If the seller bought during ENGENE presale, ask them to see a screenshot of their code (this should have been emailed to them)
