I haven’t mentioned the music yet - but Utapri has /so/ much music!! There is music for the anime, the games, and then all the idols have their own solo albums, or cross-over mini units (for example: Ranmaru, Natsuki and Eiichi all form a mini unit for Egotistic)

Utapri also has stage plays which go under the title of ‘Gekidan Shining’. The stage plays follow the universes in the utapri theatrical/drama series such as Joker Trap, Every Buddy, Masquerade Mirage and Bloody Shadows for example.

Honestly the anime does have it’s moments but its also very silly and just kind of something that's fun and enjoyable to watch!! Also it’s great hearing a lot of the songs throughout the series and just seeing your boys !!

Alongside the VN games, there are also two mobile games! The first one is Utapri Island - which unfortunately shut down in 2016, and the second one is what most people know Utapri from if they haven’t seen the anime - Shining Live!

I’ve been a fan of the series since the EN release of Shining live in 2018, and honestly it means so much to me!! I would love such a long-running series to gain more of a fanbase… all the boys deserve love !!!
