It's important to put yourself first. Your health, your wellbeing, and your joy should usually be fulfilled before you even think of providing those for someone else. Take care of yourself.
Be sure to take a little time to recharge your batteries. However you do it, your mind needs to rest too. Go on a walk, eat your favorite food, unwind with a drink, play an old favorite game, watch some videos, or whatever!
Try and revisit an old favorite! Be it a movie, a band, a game, or something else, a trip down memory lane can be a really relaxing time
When you do something, keep at it. Keep going, no matter how often or how severely you get discouraged. Eventually, you'll see results and maybe, if you're lucky, even make a difference.
Check in on a friend today. You never know how much they may need it.
It's ok to not be ok. Plants need sun AND rain to grow strong. what matters is that you push through until you're back up on your feet and going at it!

Growth is a personal thing, done to make yourself better, not to rise to the standards of others. If you keep comparing yourself to others, you'll just be an ant in a world of giants, but if you focus on yourself, you can improve and grow to join them!
Don't beat yourself up over things you can't change. The past is the past, and we all make mistakes. The important thing is to learn and move forward. Making yourself feel awful only makes things worse for yourself.
