Found out what the game was. At first I thought it was one of the DAH games that somehow got on PS1 or some predecessor but it seems like to be a game called Terracon

Crisis gone. That said give me your most obscure childhood games and i laugh at you being a casual

Dog folk who own dogs complain of how all cats are basically the same then have the gall to admit that their pets 40% Labrador, 30% Poodle, 20% Husky, 12% Samoyed, 5% Chihuahua and 3% cheese when asked the same question about their little furry menaces.
