Much better. The eyes were stupidly high poly as well as the hair. Cut the eye tris by 90%, and the hair by 50%. Got me down to 4802.
Okay so first of this mesh is almost 10k triangles, which is ludicrous. I'm going to start off with lowering that down to 4-5k before touching the texture
