I often imagine myself as characters from The Wind in the Willows. When I'm writing, I am Ratty scribbling away at his poetry. At other times, I am Mole with his volumes of books.

I love these posters for the Chinese release of Spirited Away
Isn't it incredible to think that, like birds, stories have migrated to different countries from their origins? In each new country those stories are retold, change & shape shift with the culture. They retain both their original power & find new meaning.
Very excited that Six Crimson Cranes by @LizLim came out today. I loved her previous books & cannot wait to read this one.
