Bug Fables originated as a concept idea, and each page of the comic had a different art style because Mar, Genow, and Oma, alternated who drew each page.

One of Kabbu's earlier designs eventually became Eetl's design.

Interesting fun fact, Maki's sprites were slightly changed between the 0.4 Bug Fables demo and the main release of the game.

In the demo, Maki's wings were higher than they are in the final game.

Bug Fables' demo used to have a medal known as "Speed Up", which increased base movement speed on the overworld.

This was later changed to be the default movement speed and reworked into the Quick Flee medal.

The icon for Quick Flea was later updated to fit better.
