Today is the autumn equinox. Autumn is officially coming up to meet us.

Here's one of those cocktails for the book. The delicious French75.
Reminds me of a slightly messy new years eve when I decided we'd do a house cocktail for the party. Turns out French 75s are preeeetttty alcoholic!
