@meowUuuPurr I happen to have his evolution right here. Actually, this design was done by someone else as a Pokémon fusion, but it's becoming an official Enigmon. I think he fits those specs you're looking for. His working name is Raiger, but I'm open to suggestions for names.

@Touyarokii Definitely these guys. They're so bizarre in a generation where every mon is prettymuch a plant or animal, so they really always stood out to me, and they're still a favorite of mine to this day. 🧲⚡️
