Day 11: My Next Life as a Villainess
This is still probably my favorite anime from 2020! It helped me through some real rough spots this year; sometimes you just need an overwhelmingly wholesome show with a lovable cast to get you to tomorrow
Day 10: Ascendance of a Bookworm s2
This is such a cute isekai; I love how the protagonist figures out new ways of interacting with this world even as a young child by using her knowledge of her previous world's handicrafts.
Day 9: Asteroid in Love
I really thought this was gonna be a yuri but it was just cute girls doing cute things. still fun, but kinda saddened me ;w;
Day 8: In/Spectre
This show had a strong start but kinda turned out to be a miss for me...I liked Saki tho; wish she'd been a more important character
Day 7: Keep Your Hands off Eizouken!
Kanamori is one of the greatest anime characters of all time, no i will not be taking criticism
Day 6: My Hero Academia s4
Love this little kiddo!! Eri's arc is definitely the highlight of the show for me so far; the animation and sound design were off the charts, and I care about her happiness a lot! I did genuinely cry when she smiled for the first time.
@PuddiCure oh that's perfect then :o
here's a comparison tho, lol, it's like. not even including the eyes motif i feel like they have some similar palettes and aesthetics lol
Day 5: Natsunagu. Definitely debated on whether or not to actually include this one, as it's not so much an anime as it is a tourism advertisement, but I thought it was sweet and charming in its own way.
I forgot to post Day 4 here lol. Magia Record is a genuinely incredible show and I think it builds off of Madoka in a super satisfying way that actually makes it far more of a stand out than it's predecessor, at least, imo.
