A new portrait for Frank. I'm tried to make a sort of a blank stare. It's the face he makes when he remembers how he got infected. Not really sure if I achieved my goal here...

The extraterrestrial disease in Lydia's world ruined farming which put people in isolated cities on the brink of famine. So cities started to look for other ways to feed their populations.

That's just an idea. Probably will change it later.

Between the operator and his exoskeleton, there is a layer of shock-absorbent blue gel. The main function of this gel is to protect the operator from impact damage. The secondary function of this gel is to seal the operator's wounds until aid in case of penetrating hits.

Work for the day is over and I have enough energy for a small sketch.

Inspired by a question I got on the ask blog about coloring spikes.

One Frank's new portrait and one Lydia's old edited portrait.

A question on the blog made me think that Frank most likely always prick himself with his own quills. So there are always some bandages on him.

Also, I like this style of drawing his quills more than the old one.
