Drew up this Ultimate Unleashed concept for @AGeekForFun! It's an evolution of Gohan's Ultimate form mixed with his Super Saiyan heritage. The combination of both allows him to break his limits, becoming even stronger than before!
To create the line bleed effect, I colored using a cel painting method and outlined each section of shading with darker lines using the G-pen.
