Maybe it's because I am older, recently had a niece of my own and teach kids, but my favorite parts of Gravity Falls rewatching was Stan just being an uncle.

Watching TV with the kids, playing along with Mabel's craziness, having a chat with Dipper, pet names...

Great stuff.
