Wally i always thought had a good sidekick look, not outright the exact same costume as his mentor but it's unique combos of red and yellow help them stand out from each other.

Jack Flagg is one character who has often been more of a sidekick or team character but I like his look and he's a nice heroic sort

Kid Devil actually has some nice look starting out as a full parody of sidekicks and being partnered witht he Blue Devil he's had some decent looks over the years.
