I will admit with certain retcons this does make the series funny in hindsight with who came back Moira is now a major player in X-books and Bobby was reveled to have been alive all along.

The highlight is Guy Smith vs Tony Stark...both are naked and both are wimps. it's one of the best moments in the entire series.

I will say this I never GOT hard confirmation on this, so if people have interview about it cool, but from here on and later the team would be known as X-statix rather then X-force.

The team was renamed and it begin the second phase, supposedly the team was renamed because Marvel didn't want to pay Rob Royalties, people forget this also effected title Deadpool(changed to Agent X) and Cable(changed to Soldier X) it was...weird....

The first villain of the series would end up being Coach, he would try to play the team against each other to make them more popular and other dark secrets would be reveled about the team.

Issue 118 would start to dive into the main emotional thrust of the comic, the relationship with Guy and U-go girl aka Eddie, they would become a couple and the series explores how each of them indulge in different ways.

Doop is a weird side character in the series and would go on to be a bit a popular cult character getting a miniseries every now and then, he's famous for his speech and fans TRYING to figure out what the hell he is trying to say.
