Human colonists were soon met by Aurora's natives: a race of reddish skinned giants called Deltans. Able to live for centuries, and with a near perfect physical form, the Deltans have lived on Aurora - with a war-like culture eerily similar to old human history.

The city of Moresatta was established one what was thought to be a world empty of intelligent life. It acted as a colonial base for human expansion, with the purpose of mining fresh resources to better their interstellar nation.
They didn't realize that it was inhabited, however.

"Buddy" from CROSS
Gunsmith & trader.

He sells arms to anyone with the money to buy them. Having no loyalties, he would sooner sell out a customer to raiders if it meant an extra coin his way.

Further work on "Buddy", the gunsmith.

Buddy lives in a small rectangular box, about 4 feet around, and more than 6 feet tall. It is reinforced by concrete and steel, and acts as both a home and his own gun shop.

Often he's hunched over, working all day on new guns to sell.

For a time I did my best to study his style and apply it to my own work, which has created some of my most favorite works within my portfolio.
I hope to return to such a style again, as it was definitely my most wonderful of periods.

The presentation was also quite beautiful. The composition was simple (centered), but the motion and colors stood out amazingly. He clearly stuck to his strengths, and made it work for art that wasn't too detailed or full of tiny things. The focus was the grander spectacle.

My studies for this Sunday.
My skill in drawing women pales to how I draw men, especially muscular men. I've also been lacking in motivation, so doing these studies should hopefully do some help for me.

Before CROSS, I made did a story called "The 30 Suspects Murder", which is set in the same world.
It was about a space detective, travelling to a dangerous planet where 30 people are accused of murder.

It was way too big a project. So afterward I did CROSS
