Got some more Kemono Friends 1 behind the scenes info:This show is animated in cinema 4d: Tatsuki has tweeted needing cinema 4d animators as far back as 2013, the lines are very much a result of C4D's sketch and toon effect, and a video on NND from 2012(?) shows the C4D interface
Other things inside the model include the mouth, which is a 2D surface drawn on top. I never found out a way to replicate it in C4D but I've figured it out in blender
