HE COMES AT NIGHT
It's a classic case of starting with a final image in mind, but going with the flow while working and ending up somewhere else, but being pretty happy with the result.
Since @BrianKeene mentioned that he enjoys fan art, I suppose I can put this here. It's my personal take on CITY OF THE DEAD.

Down time between commission is used to work on images that could become the foundation for upcoming covers.
This time, it was the contrary; it started as a possible cover, but another option was chosen. I then started reworking it for possible other projects.

I know I'm posting a lot of personal projects, but I have some very nice work for great books that I will show you as soon as the authors grant me permission.
This is my tribute to @neilhimself 's American Gods. Probably one of the most influential book for me in terms of images it created in my mind.
I did multiple versions of this image, but I feel I finally got it right.
Another illustration for the next issue of NOTHING'S SACRED magazine, edited and published by Nathon Allen Balka.
