* In DELTARUNE, Toriel mentions a fighting game referencing Smash Bros that Kris and Asriel used to play. Toriel also mentions how Asriel loved "the green lizard" when he was young, making Asriel a "Yoshi" Main.

* Asgore is the Santa Claus of Monsterkind, leaving presents under every tree at night, this is confirmed by the Santa Claus clothes he has and by him (kinda) where he explains how his now deceased friend, Rudolph Holiday was "his Rudolph the Reindeer".
* Normally, Burgerpants has an 'M' on his hat, however whenever he smokes, the letter changes to a W. This may or not be a reference to the Spongebob episode "Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy IV" where something similar happens.

* Gerson explains that when a Boss Monster (like Asgore) has an offspring (Asriel with Toriel in this case), the parents' soul power flows into the child, making both age, however if a Boss Monster doesn't have or loses them, they are stuck at the same age.
