Calls itself the Vice President but forgets who its President is. It tends to refer to itself as "Vice Peezy" whenever you encounter it pissing in a water bottle.

A strange creature that stands at the end of the hall silently staring at you. As you look at him you feel a growing need to say fuck. If you do, it asks 'Wanna see my Vice President?'
