Never read any of the books but this one sounds RIGHT up Stevies alley. Magic, faes, witches, unicorns, a fallen star, hope, mistakes, love, and a big adventure with a happy ending? Thats amazing.

Is it intentional that this book is about someone coming home after a long time after sth traumatic has happened? And the main character hurts his best friend and tries to be a better person after? (Also the friend forgives him, which is promising! (But he dies after... uh...))
