Street Fighter EX had the best character designs. 2nd is 3rd Strike.

Beating alot of my past handheld games on Emulator. So I'm feeling good. Mother 3 hurt me a bit. Still I feel my attention span for these kinds of games is getting better. Finishing them quickly.
