This is the mother's day gift I was working on despite not feeling well. Still experimenting a lot with doing things this way but we got there!

Day 32 is nearly done...

Day 30 and scrapped another load of work and just realised twitter tried to split the thread so just fixing that

I did figure something out and everything looks better for it so a side win I guess? Not far off done now so should meet the Saturday night deadline okay

Day 29 and I ended up scraping nearly all I did today

The problem with lack of brain visuals is you can't know how things will look until you've wasted a whole bunch of time giving it a try. I just tossed on a different test and I kinda like it? I'll do it properly tomorrow

Experimental colour test, even if messy important to do this to make sure they block in and sit well together which the head colours need serious desaturating though the gist is fine. Two different species /o/

Had another go with figuring out what I wanted for this and def have the VIBES I want now even though it needs a lot of refinement. Nice thing is it's allowed to be a mess and I've got something to aim for

Websites going down, creator death and simple hard drive wipes mean things can get lost overtime. Sergio Casas's site is still broken but thanks to @theeio_ we managed to get at the artwork to preserve it in the hopes it'll be back up at some point
