This is Steglo, a personal favorite! Electric/Ice type, based on a stegosaurus and string lights. Its "plates" are hollow bulbs of colored ice that house electricity. Steglo travel in herds, navigating blinding snowstorms by gently biting onto each others’ tails. From 2014.

Here's a version without the text if you just wanted to get an eyeful of the pretty man. 👀 Also fixed up the colors a bit.
