Soriel Week Day 3- Dusty

"Down Memory Lane"
I didn't want to draw angst, so have a scene of Sans and Toriel telling stories about the loved ones they lost while bringing their dusted items to the surface.

I generally don't like palettes with a lot of hues- but being over-the-top was kinda the point with Opalite both because of the name I renamed her to and also who her dad is. The right is probably what I'd stick with but I kinda liked the iridescent hair in theory.

Every now and then I'll be drawing a cute Pollyanna and suddenly remember; "oh, yeah, this character is supposed to think she's ugly... eh. Whatever."

Anyhow, I don't think I've ever really drawn Polly with her hair down, so here's a sleepy birb with floofy hair.

She married Ginkgo, by the way. So fox with plant name + actual tree monster = floral foxes with plant names.

Apparently.

It's still technically my birthday in some timezones, so I'm allowed to post this still. :U
Not that I can't post Papyanna art on other days, but it's my birthday so you can't judge me for it. >:U

(That's their son's egg, btw. Monsters come from magic eggs in my takes on UT.)

E was already going to appear in Defnodel eventually, but now I am excited to bring em in.

Gotta slog through the rest of chapter 3 though. I have been stuck there due to fear of expectations for a while now.
