Y'know, the Nendoroid Arle artwork is basically just a 2D version of the Puyo Puyo Chronicle design.
Which is itself a mix of the old Compile chibi art style and the modern SEGA art style.
So purely by coincidence the Nendoroid Arle is a three-times homage to past Arles.
Shit, I can't believe I forgot to post this while I posted the other Puyo Christmas art pieces.
Other notable differences to her regular attire includes a much longer cloth cap, a red star hanging off her broom and brown boots instead of ones matching her cap and dress.
In Puyo Puyo~n, Witch breaks tradition by wearing green making it the only Puyo Puyo game where her default outfit isn't blue.
Last year, to celebrate Puyo Puyo~n's 20th anniversary, she donned it once more as part of a gacha banner in Puyo Puyo!! Quest.
The amount of time and effort I've put into this completely useless Steam Library Grid image for Puyo Puyo~n.
