Few details from Wash No.2 - splitting light spectrums has been a favourite look of mine over the years. When I first see an image I feel like I get a glimpse in to a reality that is usually hidden - that fills me with a certain joy.

My principle reason for making sculptures and imagery is escapism. It's an opportunity to allow my imagination to wander and see something new - it's self therapy, self care, self progression.

I used to live by the sea and I miss been able to just sit and watch water flow around the rocks on the Cornish coast. I selected these colours to try in reminiscence of evenings spent with friends, a fire and the sea.
