I found the first season of She Ra a fairly predictable and unengaging show (sorry) with fantastic character design. Seasons 2 and 3 turn that around and have me hooked and drooling. This year adds a canon non-binary character in!
OK K.O. makes me cry just because I love it so much I can’t handle it. A classic kid’s style show with wonderfully squishy animation, super fun scripts, and a heart the size of the literal sun.

Even with all the edits Disney must have demanded (before then burying it), it’s a welcome glimpse at late 90’s Disney. Mostly it’s artists pretending to smile through the pain of endless re-writes, cuts, and rumors.
