The second out of TWELVE OC Fusions, this time is my OC Eloy with @Nek0_Nya_Nya Oc's Neko. for this I wanted to do something different and fuse both styles, I loved the Cartoony Vibes of neko and thus I also imbued the fusion with a funny catchprase of Eloy's (and mine)hometown
