A suped up upgrade of the original Metal Sonic, an all powerful being with only one goal; destroy Sonic

He is a murderous robot so he should sound monotone yet menacing, his voice not being too high or too deep

Reminder that Faker/EXE will never be in Fanspansion

But who cares about that? We got Hog who’s so much cooler!
