“I got the idea of including the color yellow somewhere in the support characters of MGS PW, and just when I was drawing Kaz I thought I could include a yellow neckerchief.”

Shinkawa: “There was already a model (for Kaz), it was easy to draw since I didn’t have a blurry image of him.”

(I think he refers it was easy to imagine this version of kaz since the mgs1 version already existed.)
