One change I made that I'm very proud of is how I handled the bangs and eyelashes. I noticed there was potential for perfect meetings of lines that Surge's OG design didn't take advantage of. I wouldn't call it "fixing the design" but I do think it was a bit of missed potential.

Since Surge is obviously based on the Ashura glitch from Sonic 2, it only made sense to me to take a lot of cues from @judy_totoya's Sonic drawings. I even based the effects from the right drawing on one of his more recent Super Sonic drawings.

Wanted to try and apply how the “foot wheel” works to the Peel Out dash. I’m mixed on it but I’m open to opinions. Just wanted to see how it would look, tbh.
