So, I remember an old GIF WIP that @beckhallstedt shared a while ago of one of her pieces. And I remember seeing a lot of flats laid out and then some details being worked on. So I started using that method, and so far it's turning out pretty great. #mhw #fanart

It feels a lot better now that I added some lava and details to the cave. Still not done with the background, but I'll hopefully get there this weekend.
