got the idea by inverting the colours, it sorta felt military-y so i kept it

how does it evolve from eevee? dunno lol

redesigned my old steel-type eeveelution, Titaneon (titanium + eon)
old design was all over the place in inspiration, so this one is more centered around "cybernetic" lookin stuff. also the visor can be taken off, its not a natural part of its body.
