From what I can gather, Alice seems like a very kind person. Perfect Memento in Strict Sense states that her human friendship level is “high” and that “she is very understanding of humans”. So I think she’d make a pretty good therapist.

In terms of mental problems, Futaba has been through it all. PTSD, depression, crippling social anxiety, the works. However, her coping method was to hole herself up in her room and not talk to anyone, which is not healthy. Therefore, I doubt she’d be a good therapist.

Considering how good of a moirail Nepeta is to Equius, she seems to be pretty good at calming people down. So I think she’d be an okay therapist.
