I loved this anime; the characters, the designs, the story - a little tough to recommend because it handles its topics with the subtlety of a nuclear bomb, but if you can take that it’s great

surely the special will be a good conclusion :)

I really liked the Annie part, not much to say there
the Mikasa one is weird lol, though in a lot of ways its like a precursor to the manga ending which I appreciate
i feel like you could rework it into the main story to patch up the ending tbh

big fan of this series, the first season is pretty simple but it's such a fun experience and I'm super invested in the characters

man I’m really not sure what happened here
after a certain point it just starts feeling so sloppy, even though it was absolutely perfect up to then
i don’t think the plot beats are completely unsalvageable but the execution was awful

Attack on Titan: The Final Season (Part 2)

I’ve got nothing new to say overall, this is actual peak
the twists and reveals in this part are mindblowing, especially when you look back at all the perfect foreshadowing
this shit was planned from day 1 and that’s unbelievable
