Updated Sushie reference

Made a couple small design tweaks, on top of overhauling the shading and adding a couple extra notes.

Planning to finish another OC to go along with Sushie soon!

Sushi --> Sushie

Changed her name slightly so it's a little less confusing to refer to her. Also because I like Paper Mario.
