@Tonpa2 Cyberpunk comic based in Argentina, instead of the USA, or Japan. Stars a guy who wants to escape all this crap, but it's always dragged down to do the dirty work, either with his gf, or alone. Usually ending up badly. It has action, drama and romance!

@NightSkyPrince_ It feels like a combo between Musashi Samurai Legend-styled art and the one of "DOGS: Bullets & Carnage", which, funnily enough, the author of that manga drew the FF7 characters already.

Also, have you seen HAL? It's about a girl trying to move on from his dead boyfriend, using an android as replacement, so she doesn't have any regrets.

@niceannoying I only use the tablet for color and grayscale/halftone, crosshatching and everything else is done traditionally. Not pictured, my blue pencils. I use @HandyArtTool for hand/head angles and references, LOTS of them. Both figures and model kits (like motorcycles, guns, and stuff)

@miss_fester I found an actor called Daniel Dietrich, years after naming the hero of my comic, the funny thing is, that they look pretty similar (minus the hair). I named him Daniel because I love the name, and Dietrich because one of the girls of the Claymore. It's a pretty fun coincidence

@ComicsandCleave Told her I love Spider-man, Batman, Blade, The Crow. But unless it's creator-owned, most comics vary in quality and writing. And I used the comic she gave me (Spider-man:The Other) as an example. Compared the art between issues. She's an artist like me, and understood perfectly.

@ComicsandCleave I was thinking the same, but I'd guess it's consistent writing, appealing designs, sometimes black and white is more powerful than full color. But that's only my take. I was thinking the same a few days ago. I guess art style is a plus, too?

@captain_mmga More or less, but my objective for now, it's to get my artstyle a bit cleaner, and looking closer to this. as you can see my artstyle is way grittier.
