@SmashBiscuit @educarmoo people really reach a lot for the ancestor connections for characters, huh--
not only is their hair not the same kind of curl nor color, Sordward and Shielbert are missing Melli's distinct eye shape, especially the eyelashes

@educarmoo I'm not talking about those guys though?
Also Calaba's not anyone's ancestor either, I'm pretty sure it's just that the character designer has an art style. The concept art has her younger self with dark green hair.

@RusticNightFawn not him. we've seen what both Wulfric and Melony's other kids look like and they're not the same

@Chips_n_Cookies we don't know for sure the heights of either Gloria or Akari but the protags are often in the same height ranges of a little bit under 5 feet
