Kei and Rina are are drawn in the same pose as their first versions so the art evolution is a little clearer here, haha

[#Pokemon] Part 2 of my HeartGold team gijinka / humanizations (Ampharos, Poliwrath) + some old Johto starter gijinka designs that I've added to the lore (Typhlosion, Bayleef)!

Quinn and Morris went through some changes! Quinn always had a "long sidelocks, short back hair" style, in a way. I didn't like Morris' old design much because it used elements from Alolan Graveler, which he wasn't. It was fun trying to make an all-grey outfit look flashy!

[#Pokemon] Part 1 of the gijinka/humanizations of my Pokemon HeartGold team (Typhlosion, Ariados, Noctowl, Graveler)! In the deep lore, this team's story takes place three years after the Gold team's adventure.

The lore I make up sometimes helps me figure out the direction of a design and how to make it more unique, which was the case with Ferris and Toshi in particular (Ferris also used to have a "creepy" direction). Riki is the same as his old design, just with an apron haha

[#Pokemon] Part 2 of my gijinka/humanizations of my Pokemon Emerald team (Ninjask, Hariyama, Cradily) + gijinka lore bios and a little lore comic. Their adventure gets kicked off when Zacharie stumbles upon the Red and Blue Orbs...

i didnt like the earlier designs much so this was fun, Beck and Dallas just got art style shifted but Zach got kinda yassified haha
Zach got sharper eyes because I thought he and Zeke shared too many design elements (they even have similar names, I was not a creative 10-year-old)
